Our shared service arrives and departs from Cancun Airport Terminal 2 Only.

If you need to go to another terminal other than Terminal 2 there is a free inter-terminal shuttle provided by Cancun Airport free of charge.

You must take the 12:30 hrs Holbox Ferry to Chiquila.

Once you arrive to Chiquila head towards the end of the dock

After you pass the checkpoint go to the right towards the Holbox Shuttle Van

Do not be distracted by other taxies or transportation companies

Our driver has your full name in the passenger manifest

Please keep in mind that all Shared Shuttle Reservations must be booked  at least 24 hours prior to departure date and time.

Due to the nature of our Shared Service only one piece of regular luggage (25kg), is allowed per passenger. You can purchase extra luggage space for your additional bags. We do not charge for carry ons such as purses and back packs which you can carry on your lap. If you bring your sports gear (Kiteboards etc,) please refer to our Private service instead.
